Carmen accepts a limited number of bridal commissions each year, allowing her to offer every bride a highly considered and personal experience.
Carmen takes the time to understand the complete wedding vision — the dress, accessories, venue, personal style and the atmosphere of the day — ensuring the hair doesn’t simply look beautiful in isolation, but feels completely considered as part of the overall look.

We take your privacy seriously. This notice explains what we do with your personal information when you book with us or get in touch.
Hair By CA is the data controller for the information described here. That means we decide how your information is used and we are responsible for looking after it.

When you book an appointment or make an enquiry, we collect your name and contact details, details of the service you have booked or asked about, your appointment history and any preferences you tell us about, notes from our conversations with you, payment and invoice records, and for weddings and events, details of the date, venue and party.
If you tell us about an allergy, a skin sensitivity or a health condition relevant to your treatment, we record it so we can look after you safely. This is health information and we treat it with extra care. You do not have to tell us, but it helps us avoid harming you.
To provide the service you have asked for. To manage your booking and send you reminders and confirmations. To keep a record of what we have done, so your next visit goes well. To take payment and keep proper business records. To reply to your enquiries.
Our lawful basis is performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business. Where you have told us about a health matter, we rely on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that agreement at any time — reply to any message asking us to stop, or email us. We record when you agreed and when you withdrew. Opting out of marketing will not affect your bookings.
Your information is stored in a booking system provided to us by Novecta Limited, who host it securely on our behalf and use it only for that purpose. The data is stored in the United Kingdom.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else except where we have to by law, or where a service provider needs it to help us operate.
We keep your client record for as long as you remain a client and for six years afterwards, which is the period we need to keep business and tax records. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.
